General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, June 12, reveals that a blackmailer will ruin Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) plan while a mystery patient gets treated. Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will also deliver some disturbing news, so there’ll be a lot happening in Port Charles.

At the courthouse, Judge Eva Heran (Tess Auberjonois) will rule on which parent gets full custody of Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko).

Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) has been nervous about losing and even went as far as planning to flee with the kids if things didn’t turn out like he wanted.

However, Michael will get a pleasant surprise when Judge Heran awards him sole custody – at least if Cameron Mathison’s recent Instagram hint proves accurate!

Someone will blackmail Judge Heran into siding with Michael, so will Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) be behind this scheme?

Did Tracy help Michael and get revenge on Drew at the same time?

That’s one option to consider, but there could be other blackmailer candidates as well.

It’ll be interesting to see how all this unravels in the coming episodes.

Of course, this custody loss will throw Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) for a loop since she wanted to believe all Drew’s promises.

Willow will end up heartbroken, so Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will comfort her in the aftermath.

As for Drew, he’ll unleash his wrath and might even suspect that a dirty move was made.

Whatever the case, Drew’s plan to build a life with Willow and the kids in D.C. will get derailed.

How will Drew choose to fight back following this court curveball?

Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) will make a confession on Thursday’s episode, so he might spill something that’ll add to Nina’s anger toward Drew.

Nina already knows Drew messed with Wiley’s head, but Ric might admit he was there to witness it.

At GH, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will have a new patient to take care of.

There’s no word on who that patient will be just yet, so it remains a bit of a mystery.

Liz also has an offer headed her way, so she’ll get on board after some negotiating.

At the law office, Kristina’s updates will spark major anxiety for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

It looks like Kristina will drop some clues regarding the Ava Jerome (Maura West) seduction plot that she’s recruited Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) for.

While Alexis hears an alarm sounding in her head, Cody will make his first move with Ava.

There’ll be a flirty discussion that scores Cody an invite – one that could set the stage for him to grow closer to Ava soon enough.

Cody is being paid to Ava and Ric’s romance, but Kristina’s idea could lead to catastrophe if it all goes wrong.

Next, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will have a private meeting with Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue), who’ll have a warning regarding ADA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) and the trouble she’s stirring up.

Finally, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will consider pushing someone toward a new opportunity, so we’ll see if this involves a job for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) or something else.
