However, when he officially entered Port Charles, he was seen at an art gallery opening organized by Maxie Jones. Post the exhibition, he had a one-night stand with her. His relationships with a few characters also put him in a central position. One of his major plotlines on General Hospital involved his secret mission to threaten Jason Morgan and his loved ones.

On General Hospital, he was seen terrorizing him in cryptic ways, like when he abducted  Jason’s girlfriend, Sam McCall. This added to a major plot twist on the soap opera. Alongside Sam, he also kidnapped Carly Corinthos. Further on General Hospital, when he kidnapped Sam with Lulu, he strapped a bomb onto them, making the situation much more serious.

However, they were rescued by their loved ones, Jason and Dante, and were saved from the big explosion. Following this act, Franco decided to leave the town for a while, but left a video message for Jason. However, one of the major plots that revolved around him was Franco’s manipulation of the DNA results of Sam’s baby. He orchestrated a video where it looked like he r*ped Sam, but in reality, nothing happened.

On the other hand, he also made a move and manipulated that Sam’s child is her; however, later it was proved to be Jason’s only.
