How long will General Hospital let the Willow and Drew story go on? Many viewers think it is time to let it die, and maybe with Drew along with it. There are many reasons why fans have had enough.
Who Is This Guy?
Drew (Cameron Mathison) has done a complete 180. Drew was a nice guy, a great dad, and a good friend. Even when Mathison began playing the character, he was caring and compassionate. He loved Carly (Laura Wright) and even went to prison for her.
The Drew we see now is a completely different person. He is mean, evil, and vindictive. The change is bizarre, which is why fans are questioning who he really is. If this guy is Shiloh (ex-Coby Ryan McLaughlin), or a Cassadine, or another villain, please let us know already because this isn’t making any sense.
Dumb And Dumber
Is anyone really this dumb? Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) must have some intelligence because she is a teacher and a nurse. We understand being blinded by love, but this has gone beyond that.
Willow’s boyfriend hurts everyone around her, including the father of her children, and she just accepts it. She even signed over to him the rights to her children (which would never stand up in court if their dad is alive). It has become frustrating to watch her let this go on while she stares at him adoringly.
Liar Liar
Portia (Brook Kerr) is now caught up in this nonsense. Does she really think giving in to Drew’s blackmail will save her?
Curtis (Donnell Turner) already knew she had switched the blood tests, so why wouldn’t she tell him she was being blackmailed? Her husband would forgive her for that before he would forgive her for working with Drew, even if it is unwillingly. She is headed for divorce, but it could have been avoided. Portia is smarter than this.
Neglect
Drew is busy trying to take Michael’s children away, but he should be the one to lose his daughter. Not only has he turned evil towards the adults in Port Charles, but he has also become a completely neglectful father. He is running around town acting like a madman while Scout (Cosette Abinante) is nowhere to be seen. Why isn’t anyone concerned about this little girl?
This Drillow storyline has GH fans aggravated, and they are ready for it to be done. Nothing is redeeming in either of these characters anymore, so there is no one to root for.
