The heartbreak will continue in Salem as everyone prepares to say goodbye to John (the late Drake Hogestyn) at his memorial. The week will start with Marlena (Deidre Hall) being joined by Eric (Greg Vaughan), Will (Chandler Massey), Carrie (Christie Clark), and many more Salemites to remember her late husband.
Later in the week, Salem will perk up a little when Bo (Peter Reckell) and Hope (Kristian Alfonso) return home, despite Bo defying doctor’s orders mid-week. Hope will most likely order him to do whatever he has to in order to get better, and when they finally arrive in Salem, they’ll reunite with Jennifer (Melissa Reeves).
Odds and Ends
On Monday, amidst the sadness and grief of John’s passing, Ari (Marissa Reyes) will share a secret with Tate (Leo Howard). Will the secret be that she slept with Doug III (Peyton Meyer), or will it relate to her suspicious behavior regarding her graduation? Either way, she’s got both parents with her in Salem right now, so odds are she’ll be on an even tighter leash until Will goes back to Arizona.
On Friday, Kate (Lauren Koslow) sits vigil at her son’s bedside. Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) is still in a coma since Xander’s (Paul Telfer) beating. Salem already lost John, are they about to lose Philip too?
