Sami’s Back!
The one major Salemite missing from John’s memorial was his step-daughter, Sami (Alison Sweeney), who was said to be caring for an injured Sydney. Now, Sami is finally coming home to Salem for a single, emotional episode where she’ll have a heartfelt reunion with Marlena (Deidre Hall). Spoilers also tease that Sweeney will return again in November, hinting at more drama to come.
Gabi’s Got a Plan
Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) is moving forward with a new, ambitious plan. After hiring Steve (Stephen Nichols) to investigate Xander (Paul Telfer) and Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier), Gabi is now determined to uncover Titan-DiMera secrets. She’s going to try getting closer to Xander to get the information she wants. Will Xander, who’s just been hurt by Sarah (Linsey Godfrey), see through her true intentions, or will a sudden romance blind him?
Odds and Ends
The week kicks off with JJ (Casey Moss) and Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) worrying together, possibly because Chad (Billy Flynn) and Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) are stuck in the Salem University Hospital elevator. By Tuesday, Chad will catch Julie completely off guard with some news.
On Thursday, Anna (Leann Hunley) is back and she’s got news for Tony (Thaao Penghlis) about Stefano (the late Joe Mascolo). Susan (Stacy Haiduk) already had a feeling that the DiMera patriarch’s presence was near, so what will Anna have to share about him?
