Virgin River star Tim Matheson marked the end of filming on Season 7 with a photo that has fans buzzing. Matheson has played Vernon “Doc” Mullins from the jump of the hit Netflix show.
However, his recent social media share has Virgin River fans worried about their beloved Doc. Taking to Instagram, Matheson shared a photo from Season 7 filming where Doc looks very concerned and upset.
“End of summer filming on #VirginRiver. One of my final scenes of the season 😁 👀,” he wrote as the caption on the social media share.
The comments section of the Instagram post was filled with fans eagerly waiting for the upcoming season of Virgin River.
“Can’t wait to find out who is opposite you! 🙌❤️,” shared a fan. Another fan expressed, “Can’t wait for season 7, having withdrawal symptoms 😔😔.”

Virgin Riverfans will have to wait a while to learn exactly what is happening in the picture Matheson shared. Season 7 will be released later this year or early next year.
