Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, April 24, reveal that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will hit a dating snag while Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) has a strange EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) visit. JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) will also decide he’s on a Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) reunion mission, so there’ll be a lot happening on Thursday’s DOOL episode.
For starters, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) may get a bit suspicious now that he’s caught Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) in a conversation that looks rather hush-hush.
It could lead to Xander grilling Sarah, but she may make up an excuse to throw him off the trail.
Maybe Sarah will give Xander a nudge toward sympathy since her mom’s about to do the same.
Days spoilers say Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) will push Xander to remember all the chances he’s been given to redeem himself.
It’ll leave Maggie hopeful that Xander can eventually forgive Philip and let him have a fresh start, too.
Xander won’t be ready to do that yet, but Sarah will just hope to keep her part in the letter forgery secret under wraps.
At some point, it looks like Xander will have a messy hot dog incident that requires the removal of his shirt, so that’ll add a little fun to this street fair.
Speaking of the street fair, Chad and Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) will continue to sing their own praises now that they’ve pulled off such an amazing hospital fundraiser.
Days spoilers say some close Cat and Chat moments are on the way as he prepares to take his turn as an eligible bachelor at the auction.
However, Chad will hit a dating snag as he realizes maybe he’s not ready to enter another romance.
That could bring another setback when it comes to Chad and Cat’s mutual attraction, so stay tuned for his predictions about the road ahead.
As for Gabi, she just bid $10,000 on a date with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) before upping it to $15,000.
Gabi did a good deed by being so charitable when the hospital really needs the money, but her motives were obviously more about making JJ jealous.
Even so, JJ will resolve to fix things with Gabi and hopefully convince her to move past his accusations about EJ.
Of course, JJ’s reunion mission could get derailed if EJ tries to blame Gabi, especially now that Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) senses Gabi was at the mansion that night.
That said, EJ is still hazy on what happened and may admit that to JJ when he’s questioned – at least for now.
Whatever the case, Kristen will ultimately pay EJ a visit and seek updates now that he’s awake at the hospital.
EJ’s demeanor will be rather odd and catch Kristen off guard, so she may find herself puzzled over how her brother’s acting.
There have been some clues to suggest that Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) might’ve pulled the trigger on EJ, so it’s possible he could remember something that points in the direction of Kristen’s daughter.
Regardless, Alice Halsey will make her debut as a Rachel Black recast on Thursday’s Days episode, so she’ll officially take over the role from Finley Rose Slater.
