Claire is determined to prove that her grandfather, Victor, is wrong and that Kyle is actually a good match for her, but her beau isn’t really helping with his new scheme. “You admitted to me before that you plan to trap Audra,” she tells Kyle at Society. “The more I think about your plan, the more I don’t like it.” Can Claire convince him to back off? Because Audra is also trying to trap Kyle in her web, and this whole thing could get very, very messy!

Amanda is back in Genoa City representing her new client, Aristotle Dumas, but if she’s supposed to be reassuring people on behalf of the mysterious businessman, she’s not doing that great a job of it! “You guys can just relax,” the attorney assures Abby at Crimson Lights. “Dumas, he’s trying to protect Winters. Okay? He’s not trying to take it away.” Given that Abby is now married to Amanda’s ex, Devon, the tension between the two women is noticeable. “What’s in it for him?” a skeptical Abby wonders. But how much can Amanda really say on Dumas’ behalf?

At home in the Newman Ranch, Nikki cozies up to Victor on the couch and strokes his face. “This is a wonderful beginning to my birthday,” she smiles. But The Mustache still has even more planned for his wife to make the day extra-special.

 “And you know it’s only just the beginning,” he teases. Nikki’s eyes widen as she exclaims, “There’s more?” What else does the tycoon have up his sleeve?
