Steffy came to Liam’s rescue at the Spencer estate and ultimately saved his life, but now she feels like she’s losing him all over again.
Now Steffy’s struggling to process the idea that Liam won’t survive this mass on his brain.
The thought of Liam not being there to make more memories with Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras) absolutely breaks Steffy’s heart.
Of course, B&B fans know Steffy has her own forever bond with Liam, so she doesn’t want to lose him either!
Liam has been a huge part of Steffy’s world for many years now, so it’s easy to see why she’s an emotional wreck.
Despite Liam’s predictions about somehow overcoming this fatal crisis, Steffy will continue to fear the worst.
Finn has assured Steffy that there’s no hope of saving Liam, so she’ll have a hard time if she has to watch her former flame decline.
Steffy will support Liam no matter what, so she’ll probably be stuck to him like glue in the coming weeks.
That’s going to bring plenty of close moments for the exes, so we could imagine Steffy kissing Liam at some point.
Whether Steffy’s trying to comfort Liam or perhaps herself instead, maybe these two will lock lips as this storyline moves along.
Steffy might betray Finn with a forbidden Liam smooch, so how would the doc feel about that if he witnessed it or found out later?
Finn might cut Steffy some slack considering the awful circumstances of all this, especially if he feels like Liam won’t survive to be real competition.
It’s not like Liam can be a threat to Steffy and Finn’s marriage if he ends up facing a grim fate.
However, the situation could get messy if Liam receives a soapy miracle or lands in some type of experimental treatment program that saves him.
Finn might suddenly worry he’ll have to compete with Liam romantically after all!
