This week on The Bold and the Beautiful in Italy, Ridge told Brooke how sorry he was about the way he’d handled her taking the CEO position

during the coup. He tried to tell her that he loved her but Brooke thought he meant as a friend. Nick whisked Brooke away for a day of adventure.

Eric told Ridge that he saw Nick with an engagement ring and implored him to go find Brooke before it was too late. Ridge ran around Naples but

didn’t spot Brooke until she was on Nick’s boat and they were leaving the harbor. Ridge had met Tomas and learned that the steering wheel on Nick’s boat needed repair, but apparently no one told Nick. Another speedboat came by, and Ridge saw that they nearly crashed as Nick couldn’t steer. Nick was unconscious, and Brooke was knocked out as she rolled off the boat.

Ridge dove into the Mediterranean and swam to Brooke. He helped her onto an emergency vessel then gave her CPR. When she awoke, he told her that he loved her and would make it right when they got back home, and kissed her passionately. Sheila couldn’t understand why Li was being so harsh about Luna and followed her to her place. There, she insisted on being let in, and discovered that Luna was alive but in a hospital bed, unresponsive. She demanded answers from Li. Liam found out that Bill paid Grace a million dollars to save Liam, and that Liam’s medical records were deleted from the system. He confronted Grace and insisted she tell the truth.

Grace admitted she faked Liam’s brain cancer and gave him meds to make him dizzy. She explained that she had Reese’s loan sharks after her and they were threatening to hurt her children. Grace sobbed she’d had no choice but to pull the scam and begged Finn not to tell anyone. Finn brought her to the Spencer mansion to ‘fess up. Liam and Hope had just been talking bout everything they had gone through with Reese, and how ironic it was that the other Dr. Buckingham saved Liam instead. When Grace and Finn got there, they praised Grace but Finn asked them to wait and hear her out. Grace told Liam and Hope the truth, causing them to scream at her for what she had done. Hope slapped Grace across the face. Grace insisted she was so ashamed that she would turn herself in. Finn offered to drive her to the police station.
