Who is the shadowy figure peering over Daisy’s crib?
General Hospital’s Sasha and Michael are basking in the joys of parenthood. Their daughter, Daisy, was recently born and christened, surrounded by her happy family. One would think her dramatic entrance into the world — born during Michael and Willow’s custody battle — would be enough drama for her parents, but now someone is stalking the baby. It could be any number of people. Keep reading to find out who the potential stalker is and if he/she has ill intentions for Daisy, Michael, or Sasha.
Willow Tait
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen, Soap Hub’s Performer of the Month for June) seems to be the obvious offender. She recently lost custody of her children, Wiley (Viron Weaver) and Amelia (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko), to Michael (Rory Gibson) and she seemingly snapped over the loss of her kids. She even lashed out at the judge as she delivered the news. While it is understandable to go into a depression after a life-altering event like that, could she want to punish Michael for recent events? Willow actually was the person to deliver the baby during the custody proceedings after Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) went into labor after intense questioning by Ric (Rick Hearst), so it is possible she is also longing for a child. Deep at her core, Willow is a good person, under the manipulation of Drew (Cameron Mathison). Which leads me to…
Drew Cain
Drew has done countless dirty deeds in the last year and he may want to exact revenge on Michael for hurting Willow. He has stooped so low that he purposely spoke loudly enough at the hospital for Wiley to overhear him say Michael only come home because of the baby. That was next level and disgusting so this would be a new low for a character who many thought could not go lower. Fans are speculating that Drew could be having adverse reactions to his severe prison beating or that he is a back-from-the-dead Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin). Whatever the reason, if he is the culprit, it would facilitate an easy exit for the character, who the majority of fans cannot stand.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine
It was recently revealed that Gio (Giovanni Mazza) is the son of Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), who she previously believed was put up for adoption back when she was a teen. The truth came to light recently that Gio was actually given to Camila Palmieri by Brook Lynn’s mother Lois (Rena Sofer) and grandmother Gloria (Ellen Travolta). The reveal resulted in Gio icing out his parents. She is also longing to have a child with husband Chase (Josh Swickard), with the couple even considering adoption. Could the presence of another baby in the Quartermaine Mansion have Brook Lynn feeling the pangs of motherhood, and would they cause her to stalk the baby? To date, no harm has been done to Daisy. In fact, the mysterious figure has changed her and put on her mobile, so it is entirely possible that it is just a mother longing for a new baby.
Jenz Sidwell
The criminal has vowed to Sonny (Maurice Benard) that each man’s families are off limits as they battle for the waterfront, but he was seen in his living room at the Wyndemere looking at photos of Sonny’s children. Sonny and Jason (Steve Burton) have long suspected Sidwell (Carlo Rota) of planting the bomb that seriously burned Michael. Kristina (Kate Mansi) was also targeted when someone doused Charlie’s in gas, then threw a Molotov cocktail into the establishment. Kristina was trapped and things looked dire until Marco (Adrian Anchondo) arrived. Naturally, Sonny and Jason suspect Sidwell. Could this be another way to punish Sonny through Michael? The man certainly has no limits and also kidnapped Sasha as part of a vengeful scheme against her mother, Holly (Emma Samms). Sidwell had been betrayed by Holly when she stole a significant cache of diamonds from him. Seeking retribution, he targeted Sasha, Holly’s daughter, to leverage her as a bargaining chip. He believed that by holding Sasha captive, he could force Holly to return the stolen diamonds and exact his revenge.
Britt Westbourne
Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) seemingly died at the hands of Heather (Alley Mills), who was revealed to be the Hook killer. Although her mother Liesel (Kathleen Gati) openly mourned her daughter, could she have miraculously saved her and hid her away somewhere? It was recently revealed that Thiebaud is returning to the show as Britt, or as a new character. Brook Lynn has also been digging into Rocco’s (Finn Carr) parentage in a revenge plot against Lulu (Alexa Havins), being the reason Gio found out about being given up for adoption. Viewers may recall that Britt was the one who gave birth to Rocco back in 2014. Although she claimed Patrick (Jason Thompson) was the father, the truth was that Britt had secretly taken an embryo belonging to Lulu and Dante from the hospital. That embryo grew into Rocco, whom Britt initially named Ben. This shocking deception devastated the Falconeri family. With Thiebaud’s upcoming return to GH and Brook Lynn’s growing desire for revenge, the situation could escalate beyond anyone’s expectations.
