General Hospital spoilers for the week of Monday, July 7 to Friday, July 11 reveal things get real between Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Plus, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) gets news. We’ll also see drama at the Q mansion. Here’s what you need to know.

General Hospital spoilers for Monday, July 7 to Friday, July 11: It’s on!
First, General Hospital spoilers reveal Lulu and Brook Lynn trade blows in the wake of Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) discovery. Clearly, Lulu is furious and thinks this whole thing was on purpose. Which, obviously, was Brook Lynn’s intention. But we all know she changed her mind without realizing it was too late.

This fight will turn physical, with Lulu hitting Brook Lynn. We can just imagine how that will go over! We expect this to get way out of hand, and we hope Brook Lynn is the victor is this fight. Yes, she was petty and planned to hurt a kid, but one can’t say that Lulu didn’t earn this. Honestly, as we said before, it’s time for these two to call it even and avoid each other at all costs. Nothing is going to make the past right again, and there is no point to them continuing to go back and forth like this. We will say one thing, though. We’re pretty sure this is not going to make Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogan) any more forgiving to either one of them.

Elsewhere, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) delivers Sonny’s fate. This sounds dramatic, and Anna’s face when she says the autopsy results are in isn’t good. However, we feel like this is still going to be in Sonny’s favor. We watched Natalia down that booze and the pills. Unless Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) somehow did her in to make Sonny look guilty, we think this will be proven to be a legit overdose case. Plus, we’ve seen this set up too many times as it is. A GH doctor will come out looking like the world just ended, only to tell everyone that the person is question is fine and will make a full recovery.

This will still have consequences, though, as Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) is convinced Sonny had something to do with this. And he’s determined to make sure Sonny won’t get away with it. And we’re sure Sidwell will be right there, egging it on.

General Hospital spoilers for Monday, July 7 to Friday, July 11: Missing
Finally, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) panics as Daisy goes missing. She’ll go to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) with the news, and we guess we’re back to the writers having to torture Sasha. As far as suspects, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) seems to be the popular choice. She hasn’t exactly been stable, so we can see her taking the kid to get back at Michael for not being able to see hers. Either that, or Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is involved. We wouldn’t put that past him.
