Curtis and Jordan were once a great love story on General Hospital. The couple had long-term potential but ultimately ended up divorced. Is there a path back?
Liar Liar Pants On Fire
Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) were a happily married couple until Cyrus (ex-Jeff Kober) walked back into her life. Her long-ago undercover mission to take the bad guy down resurfaced, and it turned out Jordan didn’t do everything by the book. Then came secrets and lies as she tried to protect her family from Cyrus. When the whole truth came out, and Curtis realized his wife lied to him, he ended their marriage. He claimed that he could not be married to someone dishonest.
Enter Portia (Brook Kerr). Curtis immediately fell back in love with his ex, and before we knew it, the couple was getting married. He found out she was also a liar when he discovered that Trina (Tabyana Ali) was his daughter. He somehow forgave this, and the two have been married ever since.
Lyin’ Eyes
Portia didn’t learn from her mistake about Trina because she is at it again. She began with the truth when she told her husband that she switched Heather’s (Alley Mills) blood test, but is now lying again. Drew (Cameron Mathison) is blackmailing her, and instead of telling Curtis, she is going along with the blackmail. This could be the last straw for the Aurora CEO.
Then there is Jordan. She has never really gotten over her ex. There was a budding relationship with Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson), but she ended things when she went undercover working for Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Curtis knows his ex is up to something and is worried about her safety. He is suddenly hanging around her and acting very protective.
Portia’s lies will eventually be revealed. Curtis gave her a pass before (more than he gave Jordan), but this could be the last straw for him. Portia should have been honest with her husband so they could have worked together against slimy Drew. This lie could end their marriage, and he will turn to Jordan. Will she take him back?
