Holby City’s fearless, sharp-tongued consultant Stevie Nash has always been the one holding everything together — the steady hand in the storm, the unshakable force when chaos erupts in the emergency department. But in upcoming episodes of Casualty, viewers will see Stevie pushed to breaking point as she hides a painful, life-altering secret that could have devastating consequences for herself, her colleagues, and her patients.

The Secret She Can’t Share

On the surface, Stevie is her usual commanding self — sarcastic, quick-witted, and never afraid to make tough calls. But behind closed doors, a different story unfolds. Haunted by past trauma and crushed by mounting pressures in the ED, Stevie begins to withdraw from those closest to her.
