Let’s chalk up another loss for Audra Charles. She can’t seem to catch a break on The Young and the Restless. Victor told her that he doesn’t want to work with her anymore. He’s embarrassed that she epically failed her seduction plot. She will have to find success on her own terms if she wants it badly.

Y&R fans debated whether Audra (Zuleyka Silver) deserves a break after this stunning loss. They were convinced that she would succeed at seducing Kyle (Michael Mealor) and blowing up his relationship with Claire (Hayley Erin). We have a feeling that it will implode on its own. No seductress needed.

Meanwhile, on one soap opera message board, fans are wondering if Audra should accept the loss or get a win for once in her life. She seems to have more losses than wins in the corporate world. The original poster asked, “I really want to see her come out on top for a change. I thought she was on the way when she hooked up with Nate, but Nice pushed her 5 steps back.”

Most fans agreed that they would love to see her win for once. One person wrote, “I want her to win just to wipe that smug ass smirk off of Kyle’s face.” But other fans think she has it coming since she’s toyed with Nate’s (Sean Dominic) feelings for far too long. Another person responded, “Audra doesn’t deserve Nate. I hope he dumps her.”

Someone else ruthlessly wrote, “I want Audra to get a big ‘L’ for loser on her forehead. I had a real softening towards her when she was kind to Amy, and I liked her with Nate. But teaming up with Victor and going as far as she did with Kyle is a bad look for both.”

Audra The Underdog

Meanwhile, Y&R fans on Reddit see Audra as the underdog. The Newmans keep using her as their punching bag. She should know better than to do business with them. Yet, she keeps coming back, thinking this will be her big lucky break.

The original poster was fed up about Audra constantly losing out to the Newmans. They wrote, “Audra was successful at Newman and was kicked out because Kyle backstabbed. She was rehired and fired because of Nikki’s insecurity about her drinking. Now she’s tossed aside again.”

Yet, some fans think Audra is to blame. “Audra was just as stupid in this. She was willing to sell herself for something when she knew Victor would screw her over,” one person argued. Meanwhile, other fans are disappointed that she used her sexuality and beauty to get what she wanted.

She’s a strong and smart businesswoman. However, others only see her as good for one thing. Despite what fans think of Audra’s polarizing character, they all agree that she deserves to be treated better. “She’s been turned into a scheming sex kitten and, unfortunately, she’s not even very good at that,” one disappointed fan wrote.

“I loved Audra when she first came to town. She was fierce. I hope they bring that side of her back,” another fan deduced. Hopefully, she will get that spark back.
