Will Claire Ditch Her Good Girl Ways to Go Toe to Toe with Audra on Y&R?

Audra caught onto Claire a long time ago. She knew that she was up to no good, and she was right. Claire was playing a long con when she first appeared on The Young and the Restless. But now, she’s a reformed good girl. But how long will that last? And who will push her limit?

Claire’s Cracks Starting To Form?

Y&R Spoilers July 7-11: Victoria Faces Tough Choices, Danny Pops the Question, and Phyllis Pulls Out All the Stops

Audra (Zuleyka Silver) called Claire (Hayley Erin) the bad girl gone good—or at least trying to be good. She might’ve caught onto Claire’s ways a long time ago. It’s possible that Claire could revert to her evil ways to go toe-to-toe with Audra. She’s capable of switching this personality since she did it with Jordan (Colleen Zenk).

It could all go down once Claire finds out that Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Audra are back in Nice. Kyle thinks he won since he caught onto Audra’s seduction. But what he doesn’t get is that making out with her in his towel is still not a good look. And what happens in Nice isn’t going to stay in Nice. Cane (Billy Flynn) could have footage of the two, which could lead Claire to go after Audra. We are seeing signs that Claire isn’t someone to be messed with.

Will Claire Find Her Voice? Will Audra's Seductive Plot Awaken Claire's Sinister Side on Young and the Restless?

Y&R viewers have witnessed a different side to Claire since Cole (J. Eddie Peck) passed away. She’s standing up for herself. Claire told Victoria (Amelia Heinle) that she wanted to see her boyfriend before meeting with their family. Then, during their memorial for Cole, she told Victor (Eric Braeden) that she was tired of him trashing her boyfriend.

It seems like Claire has reached her limit with her family. She’s tired of them trying to control everything, especially when she just wants to enjoy life with her boyfriend. She’s especially of being tired of Victor trashing Kyle now that she lost her father. Claire is making use of her grief to find her voice.

It’s hard to tell whether bad girl Claire is back. But it’s nice to see her speaking up for herself instead of saying what others would like to hear. While she appears sweet on the outside, she still has a tough core. And she doesn’t want anyone to manipulate her like her aunt used to do. We’re interested in seeing whether Claire will hold her own against Audra, if need be.
