Josslyn’s New Role

While Anna (Finola Hughes) ran into Liesl (Kathleen Gati) at the pier, the two talked regrets while Brennan (Chris McKenna) briefed Josslyn (Eden McCoy) on her new undercover identity. She would be assuming the role of a newlywed to Vaughn (Bryce Durfee), all while the two searched for Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) missing briefcase.

When Joss told Carly (Laura Wright) a story about having to go to Australia for an old friend of Lady Jane’s who was injured and needed care, Carly didn’t buy her daughter’s lie. So instead, Joss spun a new tale about needing time away to figure things out, and that her mom was right about her not jumping into things with Vaughn.

When Brennan arrived to take Joss’ spot with Carly at the Metro Court bar, Joss found Emma (Braedyn Bruner) to update her on her position with Dalton. After admitting she quit the job, she suggested to Emma not to take it when Dalton reaches out to her. But know a stubborn Emma, she’ll want the job all the more now that she was told not to take it. Plus, it’s the best way to get on the inside and put a stop to Dalton’s animal cruelty.

Brennan Stops Anna

Anna’s conversation with Liesl left her deciding to come clean with Carly about her suspicions about Joss working for the WSB. But after she called wanting to meet with Carly and she told her new beau it was about Joss, Brennan sneaked away to make a phone call.

The next week saw of Anna was her being kidnapped by a mystery man, who we can only assume was sent by Brennan.
