I believe it’s important that 90 Day Fiancé takes a firm stance when couples cross serious ethical or legal boundaries. From what I’ve seen, fans often wonder why some couples disappear between seasons. While some leave voluntarily, many 90 Day Fiancé exits come after investigations into misconduct. To me, it’s clear producers prioritize cast safety and trust, making it obvious that toxic or abusive behavior won’t be tolerated on the show.
In some cases, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 9 couples face intense public backlash and social media outrage, prompting the network to take swift action and remove cast members. Legal troubles, personal misconduct, and reality TV drama have all contributed to these firings. These decisions emphasize that fame on 90 Day Fiancé doesn’t excuse harmful actions or unethical behavior.
What Happened Between Jasmine & Gino On Happily Ever After?
The Gino & Jasmine Storyline Was Filmed A Year Ago
In the premiere of Happily Ever After? season 9, I learned that Gino had kicked Jasmine out of his home. Even though they were still legally married, they were separated. Jasmine started staying with Matt while Gino began dating Natalie after they agreed to an open marriage. The season has been focusing on what happened after their open marriage began on The Last Resort.
I found it hard to watch when Gino gave Jasmine her belongings and said he felt she had tricked him into the open marriage just to legitimize her relationship with Matt. Jasmine, on the other hand, was furious and denied his accusations, saying he was making things up and holding onto grudges. She even insisted she still loved Gino and wasn’t romantically involved with Matt.
“And I just feel like it would be strange if they were in any sort of relationship that she would talk about you the way she does in front of him.”
I think it’s interesting that Gino’s cousin Dana and his wife Michelle stepped in to tell him he’d been unfair to Jasmine. Michelle said Jasmine wanted to work things out and even regretted the open marriage. Eventually, Gino agreed to have a calm conversation and admitted he hadn’t really let Jasmine express her feelings before.
“Say it straight to my face that you kiss this woman, that you enjoy it.”
Fast-forward To August 2025, Gino & Jasmine Are Still Not Divorced
Jasmine Rubs Her Newfound Happiness With Matt In Gino’s Face

To me, it was clear from the start that Gino and Jasmine were not on the same page about their marriage. There was no love left between them, and their split felt inevitable. What really sealed the deal was Jasmine’s pregnancy with Matt’s baby, which gave Gino the final reason to walk away for good.
It makes no sense to me that Jasmine had a baby, lives in Florida with her boyfriend, and hasn’t lived with Gino in over a year, yet they’re still legally married. If neither of them wants to be together, why hasn’t one filed for divorce? I keep seeing her jabs online, and it’s just getting petty.
I don’t get it. Jasmine keeps posting like Matt’s the best thing that’s ever happened to her. She’s even calling his family her own now, including Dana and Michelle. If Gino’s really so manipulative and unfaithful, why not just divorce him? To me, it feels like she wants sympathy and attention without taking real action.
Will Audiences Benefit From A Season Without The Couple?
Gino & Jasmine’s Problems Seem To Be Made For TV

I’m not hooked; I’m over it. It’s time for 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? to let them go. There are other couples with real stories worth watching, as they navigate cultural barriers, long-distance struggles, or genuine communication breakdowns. Watching Jasmine and Gino feels like watching a delibrate meltdown. It’s not compelling anymore. It’s just tiring, and frankly, a waste of airtime.
