Adam was a man on a mission on The Young and the Restless. He took it upon himself to show up at Cane’s French Estate, but we haven’t seen him return to Genoa City. What happened to Adam? Did he end up in danger? Fans noticed a glaring mistake in his mission.
Captain Adam
Adam (Mark Grossman) was one person in Genoa City who was concerned about his family. He hasn’t heard from them in weeks, which is unlike them. He wanted to know what was going on at this elusive party. So, Adam traveled to Nice and made his way up to the mountains to Cane’s (Billy Flynn) estate.
He discovered that his family was stranded without internet or cell service, and the roads were completely wiped out. Adam sweated his butt off as he made his way back down the mountain. He planned on returning to Genoa City, but there was a glaring mistake in his mission.
Mission Fail
One Y&R fan took to X, formerly Twitter, to ask the important questions. The user wrote, “Did I miss… Why didn’t Adam go home and send help? Victor must have a team that could storm the train and get ’em all outta there somehow…” Adam didn’t send help, which is the glaring mistake in this mission.
What was the point of having Adam climb up the mountain? It’s unlike Adam not to have a plan. This man has a plan for everything. Adam could’ve informed Victor’s (Eric Braeden) team of what was going on. They could’ve arranged to send a helicopter to send the Newmans and the other guests back home. But no. All he proved is that he’s able to climb a mountain.
We doubt that Adam intended to leave them there. Maybe getting help is as difficult as sending the French authorities to help solve the murder mystery. What are your thoughts on Adam’s mission? Unload your thoughts and burning questions in the comments section below.
