Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) strongly reacted to Nick (Jack Wagner) standing next to Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). Imagine how he would’ve reacted if he had seen them kiss. It had us wondering why Ridge doesn’t like Nick. He is his half-brother.
Does Ridge really hate Nick? Or is he just jealous of him? Nick gets to live the life that Ridge probably wishes he had. He gets to sail around the world and have women at his feet. Meanwhile, Ridge spends most of his time at the office. He also has only two women chasing after him, whom he gets bored with.
Not Just About Brooke
It can’t just be about Brooke. Ridge wants Nick’s carefree and fun lifestyle. But he’s making it about Brooke, which is stroking her ego. She sees this as a sign that Ridge is jealous and wants her back. What also hasn’t helped matters is that Ridge and Nick have a decades-long feud.
Nick claims that Ridge is a waffler who strings two women along. However, Nick found himself in the middle of Brooke and Taylor (Rebecca Budig). He kind of rivals Liam (Scott Clifton) in that regard. Ridge was right about Nick not being a saint either.
