Brooke enjoys two men vying for her attention. She hasn’t had this much male attention in a while on The Bold and the Beautiful. That’s because she’s been too busy chasing Ridge. Nick came back with a strong desire to reconnect with her. Meanwhile, Brooke has begged Ridge to take her back, but he refuses. However, that could change.
Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) notices how jealous Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) gets when she’s around another man who wants her. He is obviously annoyed with Nick (Jack Wagner) the moment he walks in on their conversation. Then, Ridge forbade Brooke from interacting with Nick.
For some strange reason, Ridge doesn’t like him. He wouldn’t reveal why. Ridge just sees “trouble” whenever he looks at Nick. All he told Brooke was that she was too good for Nick. Obviously, she felt good about Ridge’s flattery. Brooke realized that she could use this to her benefit. Now, she’s created her own love triangle, flipping the tables around on Ridge.
Brooke has been feeling low lately. She’s been chasing a man who wants nothing to do with her. That all changed after Nick returned to town. Now, two men are fighting over her, which makes her feel good about herself again and puts her brain into hyperdrive.
She might use this moment to get her destiny back. Brooke will flaunt her new relationship with Nick in front of Ridge. We can see her giggling like a schoolgirl to Katie (Heather Tom) about her kiss with Nick. Then, Ridge will walk into the office and glare at their conversation. Meanwhile, Brooke stands there with a satisfied grin on her face, knowing that her plan is working.
This also has us wondering about Ridge. Is he jealous or annoyed with Nick? Of course, it’s too soon to tell. But hopefully, we’ll get more details as to why he feels so strongly about Brooke’s ex. He already made his bed; now he has to lie in it.
Ridge admitted that he loved being with Taylor (Rebecca Budig). Now, he acts as if no one else can be with Brooke. Unfortunately, Brooke will use Nick to her advantage. She will play with him as she watches Ridge from afar. Nick will return to his boat with a broken heart.
Nick will have to work overtime to satiate Brooke’s desires. Meanwhile, she will secretly yearn for her destiny to come back to her. Maybe there will be a surprise twist in all this, and she will realize that Nick’s love is 100 times better than Ridge’s love ever was. Nick is willing to make Brooke realize that her destiny could be with someone else.
