What happened on General Hospital
General Hospital made such a big deal out of Michael hearing Willow say that he turned her away when she tried to visit him in Germany that he quickly wrote, “That didn’t happen” on Diane’s notepad. Right after Diane read Michael’s words, she stood up to question Willow on the witness stand and didn’t bring up the Germany trip at all. Instead, she went with her planned line of questioning without even asking for a recess to confer with her client. She then rested her case, again without even thinking about Michael’s note.
Only after the court adjourned and the judge announced she would let them know when she’d made a decision, did Michael even mention it to Carly. This makes absolutely no sense. Why even write a note to your lawyer about something unusual that could affect your case, and then just let your lawyer ignore it until after she rests the case? The entire thing has been bizarre for weeks. Jason was the one who sent Willow to Germany, but was confused when he heard that Michael refused to see Willow because he knew that wasn’t like Michael.
Why would he not question Michael about that immediately? It’s not like Jason to let something like that go. It’s also not like Diane to essentially ignore a note from her client during a trial. We are hoping this information will come into play soon, but its glaring omission from the court proceedings today left us scratching our heads.
