General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) will win custody thanks to a blackmail plot. Cameron Mathison (Drew Cain) recently leaked the court outcome on social media, so let’s talk about what he had to say.

In response to a speculation post about Drew blackmailing the judge into giving Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) custody of the children, Cameron Mathison admitted his GH character should’ve gone that route.

However, it seems Drew thought Willow’s case was strong enough to pull off a victory legitimately.

Once Drew sabotaged any chance of compromise between Willow and Michael, he was counting on the judge to rule Willow’s way.

Although Drew fully expected Willow to emerge victorious in this Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko) battle, that’s not how things will play out.

On Instagram, Cameron Mathison indicated that somebody else will intervene on Michael’s behalf and make sure he walks away with custody of the kids.

That means Drew missed out on his chance to play even dirtier for Willow’s sake.

“He should have!!! Lol,” Mathison said about Drew and the blackmail idea. “But someone else did to get Michael custody”

Of course, this raises the question of who went as far as blackmailing Judge Eva Heran (Tess Auberjonois) to ensure Michael had the upper hand in court.

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) immediately comes to mind when you consider her track record and shady Quartermaine tendencies, but there could be other possibilities, too.

Regardless, Judge Heran seems poised to rule in Michael’s favor due to whatever leverage is being held over her.

Would Judge Heran have ruled another way without that blackmail interference?

We may never know since someone took out this insurance policy to make sure Michael got the children away from Willow and Drew!

Of course, the blackmail plot could still blow up and backfire on Michael later if the truth comes out.

Regardless, Michael’s apparently getting a court victory for now, so Drew and Willow will be furious once they get updates on that shocking news.
