Who in the world came up with the name Aristotle Dumas on Young & the Restless? Well, according to Phyllis Summers, it wasn’t anyone’s mother. Per Phyllis, who would do that to a kid? Phyllis Summers, the same woman who coined Claire Newman was Scary Poppins, raises a great point. So, who is Aristotle Dumas? Every mention in Genoa City on Y&R points to Tucker McCall.

Whoever Aristotle Dumas is, supposedly, no one has seen him & he cannot be found on the world wide web. So, who is this guy & why is he just being introduced on Young & the Restless after 52 years on the air? Something smells & there are many Y&R fans think what smells is Tucker McCall by Trevor St. John & of course, in a good way.

Tucker’s ties conveniently coincide with Aristotle’s ties in Genoa City & even L.A. Let’s unpack this…

Newmans, Abbotts, Winters’, & Everyone Else in GC

At this point, who hasn’t heard of Aristotle Dumas in Genoa City? Esther Valentine (Kate Linder), perhaps?? Everyone Newman, Abbott, & Winters has some connection to Dumas, & even GC residents & guests without the most prominent of last names in town are aware of him.

If only Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) hadn’t inserted her nose into everyone’s A to B conversations & would have seen her way out, there might be more to know. Aristotle Dumas lays low as-is & now Lily likely has him very comfortable under a very fancy rock God knows where on either side of the pond.

McCall Unlimited & Glisade Unleashed in GC For What?

When was the last time Glisade was mentioned on Young & the Restless, let alone McCall Unlimited? Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is running Newman Media for the second time since it was revamped & rebranded after Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) acquired McCall Unlimited from Tucker McCall. A couple of years after that transaction, he used Tucker’s on-again-off-again colleage-with-benefits Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) to acquire Glisade from Mister Tucker.

Since then, Victor made a deal with Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) wife Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) & supposedly gifted it to her, stripped of any worth. Too bad Smilin’ Jack Abbott was actually on top of things & picked up the Glisade jigsaw puzzle just as The Mustache dismantled it. Yet, ever since, there’s been almost no mention of Glisade. According to the rebooted co-CEO of Jabot, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), Diane is doing an impressive job with the Jabot Classic reboot, which is supposedly the rebrand of Glissade. Like Victor, like Jack on Y&R?

Bring Back Tucker Already, Fans Sick of All of the Aristotle

As much as Young & the Restless fans are sick of hearing about Aristotle Dumas, the Y&R cast has to be sick of saying it. Again, Phyllis Summers nailed it… Who would name their kid that? It just isn’t right.

What would be right is bringing back Tucker McCall by Trevor St. John, who brought so many smiles to soap opera fans with this sarcasm, wisecrack, Jack Abbott impressions & more.  Plus, Y&R fans cannot wait much longer to know who Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) is really working for.
