Days Of Our Lives Spoilers reveal that EJ Dimera (Dan Feuerriegel) bought a date with Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord). Chad Dimera (Billy Flynn) has found himself questioning why EJ would buy a date with Cat as soon as he came out of a coma.
Could EJ have sensed the attraction between them and bought it to set up Chad and Cat on a blind date?
EJ Dimera Is Hung Up On Belle Black
EJ is trying his best to impress Belle Black (Martha Madison). There would be no logical reason for EJ to want a date with Cat unless he wanted her help to convince Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) to take his donation, or whatever he has planned.
However, Chad was the one person in his family who rushed to EJ’s side the moment he found out he was awake.
EJ seems to have had a change of heart since his miraculous recovery. EJ cannot believe that Belle has admitted that she loves him. Perhaps EJ feels that Chad deserves to be happy and he tries to set these two up to prove this to Chad.
EJ wants Chad to admit that he has feeling for Cat, but is Chad ready to move on?
EJ Dimera Wants Chad Dimera To Move On
EJ isn’t beyond using anyone, including Cat. Cat lied about being Abigail Dimera (Marci Miller) and EJ knows this. However, EJ has noticed that Chad seems to be into Cat.
Chad also seems hesitant to move on with Cat. Does Chad still feel that Abby is out there somewhere? Is Chad questioning if Cat is the right person to be there for the kids?
Cat did really great with the kids at the fundraiser. However, chad’s daughter was afraid the someone who take him and not bring him back.
Does Chad believe that it is still too soon to introduce someone into the children’s lives as his girlfriend? Does Chad feel that he needs to get away from Cat before his daughter is traumatized?
Does EJ Dimera Have Another Reason For Taking Cat Greene Out?
Of course, EJ could have an ulterior motive for buying Cat at the auction. EJ could simply see this as a way to get back at Chad for publishing the article that ended up getting him shot. EJ could very well want to use Cat to torment Chad because he wants to keep him guessing. After all, EJ could just make Cat disappear if her wanted too.
EJ and Cat could also bond over their mutual hatred for Clyde Weston (James Read) too. Cat may realize that she cannot be with Chad because of his kids.
However but she and EJ are free to be with whomever they want. Could EJ be getting closer to Cat just to stick it to Chad in the end by stabbing them both in the back.
