Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, May 5, reveal that Chanel Dupree DiMera (Raven Bowens) will blast EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) while Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) makes a plea to Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord).

Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will also plan their next sneaky step, so let’s start with their lab break-in plot.

DOOL fans can expect Steve and Shawn to nail down the details of their scheme, so they’ll be ready to move forward with stealing the drug dose Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) needs.

Shawn and Steve are willing to take some risks for Bo’s sake, but they could hit some hurdles along the way!

Over with Chanel, she’ll lash out at EJ now that she’s lost the opportunity to be a mom to Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) and Tate Black’s (Leo Howard) baby.

Days spoilers say Chanel will blame EJ for Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) doubts and presumably argue that the failed adoption is EJ’s fault.

Next on Monday’s Days episode, Chad will make a plea to Cat and hope he can change her mind.

It sounds like Chad will urge Cat to back out of her charity date with EJ, but Cat may refuse since EJ had the highest bachelorette auction bid for her.

Cat may act like it’s no big deal, but Chad will probably worry about whatever EJ’s agenda might be.

This could tie in with EJ’s upcoming plan to try to purchase the hospital if he feels like Cat could offer some insight due to her recent fundraiser role.

Then again, EJ might have a matchmaker goal instead since pretty much everyone can see that Cat and Chad are fighting their feelings.

There’s a chance EJ wants to play Cupid and perhaps arrange for Chad to take his place on the date at the last minute.

That’d be a fitting way to repay Chad for saving EJ’s life after he discovered him wounded at the DiMera mansion.

Whatever the case, Chad will sense that EJ’s up to something and may sound the alarm as a result.

Finally, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will give Johnny some guidance on Monday’s Days show, so she may help Johnny figure out a way to fix things with Chanel – or at least try to!

Marlena will make some predictions about the happy family Johnny and Chanel could still have once they’re ready, but Johnny has some issues to work through first.
