Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers preview video for the week of May 5-9 reveals that Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey) will have a medical emergency, so Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will shout for someone to call 911. EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will also announce a hospital bankroller plan, so there’ll be some exciting moments coming up in Salem.

For starters, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will question EJ’s motives for bidding in the bachelorette auction.

When Chad asks why EJ wants to go on a date with Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord), EJ may be cagey about his real goal.

It looks like EJ would much rather talk about Chad and the feelings he’s developed for Cat!

Days spoilers say EJ will put Chad on the spot as he pushes his brother to open up.

Since Cat works at the hospital and played a big role in the fundraiser, EJ may want to talk to her about their financial situation.

Perhaps EJ will hope he can use Cat to his advantage somehow since he’s planning on making a massive purchase.

After EJ summons Dr. Jeffrey Russell (Michael Dietz) to the DiMera mansion, he’ll admit the hospital is about to find itself a new bankroller.

When Dr. Russell asks who that would be exactly, EJ will insist the doc’s looking at him!

Of course, EJ will no doubt see plenty of dollar signs when it comes to the new sepsis drug that Dr. Russell is working on called Versavix – the same drug that could save Bo Brady’s (Peter Reckell) life.

After Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) tells Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) that they should bring Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) in on their plan, he’ll give her updates on their plot to steal the drug from the lab.

Since Kayla is willing to do whatever it takes to save Bo’s life, Days spoilers say she’ll get on board and push Steve to move forward with the drug theft right away.

Now that Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) has stumbled across the novel manuscript that Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) wrote, he’ll tell her One Stormy Night is a bestseller waiting to happen.

In fact, Alex will want to Titan-DiMera to publish it, but Stephanie will have some reservations about putting her work out there.

In the town square, Days spoilers say Sarah’s health will take an unexpected hit.

While eating a baked good, Sarah will tell Xander it tastes different and will suddenly start choking.

DOOL’s weekly preview shows Xander freaking out as he yells for someone to call 911, so it won’t be long until paramedics come and presumably take Sarah to the hospital.

Will Sarah have an allergic reaction or is this another case of a mysterious poisoning?

Time will tell, but Xander will definitely worry about Sarah and this bizarre medical crisis.
