Days of our Lives spoilers for Monday, April 21, bring Susan to EJ’s hospital bed. Maybe Susan and her psychic visions will help figure out who shot EJ. Or maybe she’ll just keep Sami in check. Both are good things.

EJ’s hospital room is a hot ticket in Salem. Belle (Martha Madison) poured out her heart to him, admitting that, no matter how unhappy it makes her, she loves him…just in time for Sami (Alison Sweeney) to swoop in and overhear. Sami and Johnny (Carson Boatman) also aired some family laundry there.

Now it’s time for Susan (Stacy Haiduk) to rush to her baby Elvis’ side. This isn’t new for Susan. She’s seen EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) laid low numerous times. Wasn’t it only a few years ago he’d been burned to a crisp? Still, Susan does have connections to the world beyond our own. Maybe she can put in a good word for him there. Certainly, no one here would be willing to do it.

Truth or Dare
Alex (Robert Scott Wilson), who already broke up with Theresa (Emily O’Brien) after learning that she forged his position as Victor’s (John Aniston) son and heir, isn’t thrilled about needing to tell more or less the same lie to Xander (Paul Telfer). No matter how nicely Stephanie (Abigail Klein) asks him to. Which is why, when Xander confronts his cousin, Alex just might decide to tell all. No matter how desperately Stephanie pleads with him not to.

Loose Lips Sink Ships
Rex (Kyle Lowder) told Roman (Josh Taylor) that Kate (Lauren Koslow) had a gun the night EJ was shot. Kate dismissed it in front of Roman. But now she has some choice words for Rex. And they involve Rex not sharing any more secrets about her. Especially not the incriminating kind.
