The next General Hospital spoilers video for Wednesday, April 23, 2025 teases a defensive Laura and a desperate Willow.

Coming Up in Port Charles
The first person we see is Laura (Genie Francis), who says to her unknown guest, “Driving Sonny out, you could be inviting somebody much worse.” Considering she’s at the Metro Court, where both Ezra (Daniel Cosgrove) and Tracy (Jane Elliot) are seen in the next scene, it’s easy to assume she’s speaking to one of them. It could be Ezra with his vendetta against her relationship with Sonny, or it could be Tracy, hoping to push Sonny (Maurice Benard) out of Deception after Natalia (Eva LaRue).

As for Ezra and Tracy, he’ll ask the Quartermaine heiress, “Are you willing to put your money where your mouth is?” These two have been off to a rocky start ever since he tried everything in his power to tear down her family crypt, but when Tracy learns about his hatred for Sonny, could the two wind up on the same page?
Also at the Metro Court are Portia (Brook Kerr) and Nina (Cynthia Watros), who currently share the same enemy. When Portia tells Nina, “The simplest way to drive them apart is to tell her,” is she referring to telling Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) that she previously slept with Drew (Cameron Mathison)?Another conversation will revolve around Willow when Jason (Steve Burton) informs Carly (Laura Wright), “Willow is going to Germany to see Michael.” Carly just set in motion a plan to get Michael (Chad Duell) sole custody of his kids against Willow, so her going to see Michael may be the last thing she wants.“There’s still one person I need to face,” Willow tells Drew, and she’s not wrong. She’s faced all of her ex-husband’s loved ones: Carly, Jason, Tracy, etc. But the only one she hasn’t truly gotten to hash things out with is Michael. When she informs her new boyfriend that she plans on going to Germany to see him, how will Drew react?
