The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Tuesday, April 22, reveal that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) will face Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) devastating news, so some emotions are about to pour out for these exes.

Liam has been reading a bedtime story to Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras) in her room, but he’s struggling with some blurry vision.

Of course, that’s on top of the dizziness that Liam was dealing with earlier, but he presumably just thinks he’s dealing with lingering effects from his brain bleed and surgery.

The truth is far worse now that Liam’s inoperable mass has been found, so John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) just confirmed this awful development to Steffy at the cliff house.

Once Steffy fully processes the fact that Liam is dying, she’ll convince Finn to let her tell Liam what he’s facing.

After Liam finishes reading to Kelly on Tuesday’s B&B episode, he’ll head back out to the living room.

The look on Steffy’s face should tell Liam that something is seriously wrong.

Liam already noticed Steffy was crying during the daddy-daughter dance party, but she tried to play off her tears as joyful ones since Liam and Kelly looked so happy together.

In reality, Steffy was crying because she knew Kelly would ultimately lose the father she loves so much.

Liam may see that Steffy’s upset on Tuesday’s show, so he’ll sit down with her and push her to just tell him what’s going on.

It’s easy to imagine Liam insisting that they can fix whatever’s wrong, but Steffy may admit there’s no fixing this particular problem.

Liam’s mass is inoperable, so Steffy knows he’s facing a terminal prognosis.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy will gather her courage and prepare to give Liam updates on everything she’s learned from Finn.

This will no doubt be one of the toughest challenges of Steffy’s life, but she’ll think it’ll be better for Liam to hear this from her than Finn or another doctor.

Once Steffy comes clean to Liam, he’ll immediately go into denial.

Within the next episode or two, Liam will refuse to believe there’s no hope and will plan to escape his grim fate by any means necessary.

Liam will become determined to pursue some type of treatment, so he may find some experimental options to try eventually.

Despite what Liam’s medical team has said, he’ll make some positive predictions about his future.

Regardless, Liam and Steffy’s conversation is sure to be an emotional one, so don’t miss the gripping scenes ahead.
