‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Carly Finally Sees Willow For Who She Is
Willow Corinthos’s (Katelyn MacMullen) torrid affair with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has had a ripple effect on several characters. Drew and Willow have caused immense pain not only to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) but also to his family.
Carly finally sees Willow for who she really is and knows she isn’t acting in the best interests of her children.
When Carly finds out that Willow has decided to move in with Drew, she goes to his new home and tries to convince her to change her mind.
Long story short, words were said that can’t be taken back. Carly made it a point to inform Willow before she left that she’d be taking her kids away from her and that she’d never see them again.Since Michael Corinthos isn’t around to fight for his children, Carly has vowed to make sure Michael’s kids are protected from Drew.
Carly is determined to make good on her promise. However, she needs a strong ally involved to be able to see her threats through. It may be time for Carly to enlist Monica Quartermaine (the late Leslie Charleson) to help her win custody of the kids.Monica is a Quartermaine, and in Port Charles, that name is synonymous with power and influence. She’d be happy to help Carly get the kids out of Drew and Willow’s clutches.
Monica will be horrified that Willow took the kids and moved them in with Michael’s uncle, with whom she had an affair.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Now Willow Will Find Out Who Carly Spencer Is
Carly has also been getting advice from her boyfriend, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). He has been her cheerleader, reminding her of who Carly Spencer is and how she should handle Willow.Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) has never been presented with a case she couldn’t win, and it would be a piece of cake to eviscerate Willow in court and have her declared an unfit mother.
Carly could aim to get custody of the children until Michael is well enough and can come home and fight for himself. Michael is currently in a burn clinic in Germany, recovering after almost being killed in a fire.
This would be a genius strategic move so that Michael can gain custody of the kids. Willow and Drew can leave Port Charles and move to Washington, D.C. Drew should be in Washington if he’s serious about his political career.
She is no match for Carly, and she will regret the way she behaved when Carly tried to warn her not to play house with Drew because it wasn’t fair to Michael. Willow wasn’t open to listening to Carly’s extremely valid concerns.Carly and Willow both tossed many insults back and forth. However, Willow was nasty and obnoxious enough to justify Carly almost slapping her.
It is too bad that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was there to stop her. He always seems to be ruining her fun! Carly is on the warpath, and Willow needs to be prepared for battle.
