‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggest that the truth about Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) secret son may soon be revealed at Dante’s upcoming birthday bash.

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is throwing a birthday celebration for his son Dante. We have a sneaking suspicion that more will happen on that particular evening than when Dante blows out the candles on his birthday cake.Brook Lynn has been debating whether it is right to tell Dante that they share a son, as he was conceived when Brook Lynn and Dante hooked up at summer camp when they were teenagers.
At the time, Brook Lynn confided in her mom, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer), and the two of them decided together not only to give the child up for adoption but also to keep this secret and take it to their grave.

Right now, Brook Lynn has decided to let sleeping dogs lie and opts to continue to conceal the secret from Dante.

However, we all know that secrets have a way of coming out during significant events on soaps, and Dante’s birthday may be the moment he finds out he has another son.

Little do Dante and Brook Lynn know their child lives with them under the same roof in the Quartermaine mansion and is closer to them than they could imagine.

Lois made sure their son, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), remained close to the family. Gio himself isn’t even aware that he was adopted. Learning this long-ago buried secret would come as a significant shock to him.

Chase was remarkably understanding about the situation. He even agreed not to tell Dante. The only ones who know Gio is the child in question are Lois, Brook Lynn’s grandmother, Gloria Cerullo (Ellen Travolta), and Lois’s lawyer, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight).

The revelation would affect so many lives. Lois kept several people in the dark, including Gio’s grandfathers, Sonny and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth). Not to mention his grandmother, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LiCisero), who also happens to be Lois’s BFF.
Sonny is set to host Dante’s birthday celebration on Thursday, April 17. We can’t help but wonder if somehow the truth comes out at the upcoming event.

Spoilers reveal that as Dante’s party commences, Brook Lynn and Chase discuss their future, which implies it won’t go exactly as planned.

It’s not hard to imagine that Dante may overhear something he shouldn’t during the shindig Sonny throws in his honor.

Another potential thwart may be Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins). She has wanted to inform Dante that he has had another child all along.

Lulu may fight with Brook Lynn, get fed up, and let the cat out of the bag. Brook Lynn may even have a change of heart as she could be the one to disclose the truth.
